We’ll go deeper on the audio nudges, explore the beliefs or habits getting in your way, and help you anchor what you’re learning into your actual leadership and life.

Each day you will receive an audio nudge (voice note) into the Telegram group of about 4-10 minutes each pending the topic. You'll be prompted with something to reflect on to inspire you to do something that day that put's you first....this isn't necessarily about adding more, but about HOW you do things.

No, as much as sometimes I wish I was a PT so I could train myself properly, I'm not! This is about evaluating the choices we make every day, and being challenged to make choices in a way that puts YOU first, that puts you at the top of the list, not last.
It could be that for you that IS about prioritising your workouts for each of the 21 days - and if that brings you the joy and energy that you've been craving then PERFECT.
But it could be anything from saying no to commitments that drain you, having a coffee in quiet, reading your book on the train rather than emails, logging off 30 mins early to get home to bed time.....and if you want to run a marathon over the 21 days, be my guest....!
The group coaching calls are optional and designed to support you if you want extra guidance or have questions. If you can’t attend live, you’ll receive recordings to watch or listen to at your convenience.
